Zenith was incorporated in July 2002 as a not-for-profit company. This means that members of Zenith join it in order to support its philanthropic purposes and will not receive from Zenith any distribution of profits. This does not mean that Zenith is not entitled to generate profit. However, such profit has to be invested in Zenith projects. In the event of Zenith being wound-up, any surplus income that it holds will be paid to a charity with similar objectives.

Zenith is currently funded on a project specific basis through public grants. We will also seek private grants, sponsorship, and support from the public. We intend to eventually generate profit on our projects in order to be able to continue our activities in a self-sufficient way.
